I had an amazing experience with Glynn Smith Chevrolet! My salesman, John Davis, was absolutely great to work with and made the entire process incredibly easy. He basically sold me my car over text message, which was so convenient and stress-free. He got me into the exact car I wanted with ease and made everything smooth from start to finish. Bradley in finance was also wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly, was professional and efficient, and made the financing process simple and comfortable. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Glynn Smith Chevrolet — definitely ask for John Davis and Bradley!

I Purchased a 2026 Sierra Elevation in DPM online from Florida. Glynn Smith was the only lot in the south east that has the packages and color I wanted. Corey was quick to get me into a good deal so I drove up from Florida and traded in my truck the next morning. The entire process was quick and painless! (other than the drive!)

We were referred to Walter Moore at Glynn Smith Chevrolet by a family member that has bought a couple of vehicles from him. They told me and my wife that they would beat anyone’s price. Walter and I made the deal for our 2026 Chev Equinox, which beat all other dealerships around us so that is why we drove over 2 hours to deal with Walter. We did all the paperwork over text and email. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, Walter showed us the vehicle, all the features and went on a test drive and let my wife drive it to make sure that is the one she wanted and liked. Walter had all the paperwork ready and got the vehicle cleaned, fueled up and ready to take home in no time. Also helped set up my wife phone to the vehicle. To get the best price and service from a salesman, Walter is the man!

We stopped by your dealership, while on a weekend trip to Columbus. Wayne Pittman met us and helped us with what we thought we wanted. He worked with us, by text and email, until we figured out what we actually wanted. We picked out the truck we wanted to buy and gave him the info needed. Wayne helped us with everything. Wayne gave us a price and gave us benefits from our employer, that Georgia would not match until hours of negotiating. We really like that you gave us your best price up front and searched for any additional discounts that could be applied to our contract. WE MADE THE TRIP BACK TO GLYNN SMITH GMC. Wayne was awesome and everyone at your dealership was awesome. You even took the time to set up the app on our phone and explain everything. We would recommend anyone to come visit you.

I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Glynn Smith Chevy/GMC. JP stayed 30 minutes late to update my screen when it had an issue. During that time I met M. Davila and asked him to get me trade numbers just for my own knowledge that I’m not ready to trade but would like to know. I was completely happy with the numbers he gave me came back after the weekend and purchased a new 2026 Sierra with 3.0L Duramax. Everyone there was very respectful and made me feel like family. From JP, to Mike, to Mitch, to Virgil’s personal follow up email the next day, and back to the service dept. Very professional, very friendly. This is my 3rd purchase at Glynn Smith Chevy and I will not go anywhere else.

The service manager, JP, was absolutely phenomenal. Very personable, knew exactly what he was doing and talking about, didn't beat around the bush, and was completely honest. He also assisted us with our 3rd party warranty company when we had to talk with them, to make sure we were taken care of. Completely changed my whole outlook and opinion on the service department. Because of him, I will bring my wife's car in for any work that needs to be done as long as he's there. Also would like to give a shout out to Kevin who I believe is the technician that installed the transmission. He did a great job and everything is running smoothly again.

We "special ordered" a car with Glynn Smith and they treated us awesome. Our local dealership in LA dropped the ball hard and caused us to wait for an order 2+ months and never delivered. We contacted Glynn Smith based on experiences (all great) our family back home had, and we are glad we did. They kept us up to date the whole time. We added like every option possible to it, so there was was no way would you could just walk in off the street somewhere and find it to buy. (Shout out to their service dept for making sure all the dealer installed options got installed right and on time). Once it came in, it took us a couple of weeks to come get it because we lived so far away. I'm sure it would have been tempting to sell it, with all the unique trimmings - it was probably the envy of the lot. But these guys held true to their word and were patient waiting on us. I don't know how anyone could have any complaints with Glynn Smith but if they did, it definitely wouldn't be with Tye or J.D.- those guys rock!

Absolutely amazing service while I was there. I came here seeking help after the other Chevy dealer nearby locked my radio making HVAC and radio completely unusable. JP was able to fix the problem in 35 mins where it took the other dealer over 2 hours to attempt. I had nothing but a great experience here and would highly recommend.

We purchased a truck today from Keinodrick Sims he was the absolute BEST went above and beyond for us! The manager Virgil Robert’s was amazing gave us the best deal. Everyone was like family.
