Well, first of all I called the dealership several times to try to make up or change appointment got put on hold never talk to anybody so I just walked in. Got an appointment the same day they worked me in was very frustrating that I called several times and couldn’t get anybodythat connect me with service. They put me on hold and never came back.

I was pleased with the no pressure approach. It took us several visits over a couple of weeks to decide which vehicle to buy and our salesman, Keith was great. He explained the technical details on all the vehicles we look at and test drove and never pressured us to buy. He guided us to the right vehicle and we love it. All the folks inside the dealership were very helpful and friendly. Financing was easy and only took about an hour. I would refer anyone looking for a great GMC 1500 truck too Keith at Glenn Smith.

dealership was great, car-sales man told my wife there were chargers everywhere but didnt tell her most of the chargers take 8 or more hours to charge. I wouldnt have bought a car that I have to waste 8 or more hours to charge just to go 300 miles. I feel like I waste a whole saturday and now stuck with a truck that is a lawn decoration for my house

I want to clarify that we do not handle water leak repairs directly; we refer these cases to a third-party service. We simply facilitate the connection to that third party for the repairs. We recieved a one from the survey simply for shuttling of the vehicle. We have no way to know anything about the repair and generally they do an awesome job. Your ire is misplaced. first, I did not feel welcome, I did not get a warm greeting and it was like no one in the service office wanted to be bothered, I was not told I had to leave my car for the entire day, until I arrived that morning at my appointment time, mind you, I called the service office the day before my appointment, I think I spoke to the service guy at the middle desk, I know it wasn't Ms. Jane, I told him I had added 5 more items to the list of the initial item. I wasn't offered a shared ride or anything. I wasn't prepared to leave the car, so I had to call my husband off his job to take us home. my car was disabled for 5 days, therefore; I had to get a rental vehicle, this was a big inconvenience for me.

We purchased and are satisfied with our vehicle. The customer service is not great. The first time we went they didn't go out to check on us and we had to go in and request someone, just for them to seem like they were being forced to help. The second time the associates were just dry and dint answer much. We could have just been there and no one would have approached asking if we needed help. We had higher expectations due to the bar set high at Auburn where they were amazing but can't say the same about the Opelika Chevy.

I didn't have my vehicle service...I was there because of a recall that they say they don't have the part.O had a service back in May. This was supposed to be for the recall part and oil change... But didn't get the recall part....they say Everytime that they are going to call but for almost a year NO CALL.....Now I got an email about another recall.....I don't understand if these are recalled why don't they ever have the parts when I show up....They already know why I'm there.

This is JP Harper Service Director. The recall in question was issued in April. GM does not send large quantities of parts to dealerships; instead, you must order a recall part using a repair order (RO). You mentioned that we haven’t had any recall parts for over a year, but the fact is that you have had a recall since April. GM is not consistent with providing regular parts, and just because a recall is issued does not mean we will receive parts more quickly. Keep in mind that there are other locations where you can have the recall performed, and you would receive the same response. These include Rivertown, SONS, Allen Turner, King, and AutoGallery.

Was told by service manager Glynn Smith could not rotate my tires due to size. They're only 2 inches larger in diameter than what came on the truck as stock. I thought this is a ridiculously outdated policy. Do better!!!

This is JP, the service manager: We strive to accommodate our customers, but we must adhere to established rules. Mr. Smith has set guidelines that prohibit aftermarket rims and 37-inch tires. It seems unfair to give Mrs. Jane a negative score due to a rule put in place by Mr. Smith. She performed her job as required, but you were simply unhappy with the rule.

Subject: Response Regarding Rim Coverage Dear WILLIAM LUNSFORD, This is the Service Manager at GLYNN SMITH. I wanted to clarify that I was the one who sent the information to GM for their review regarding the rim in question. GM concluded that the damage was not covered and noted that the issue appeared to be curb rash. Please be aware that rims must be digitally imaged, and we need to obtain approval for any claims; there is no flexibility in this process. I noticed you submitted a negative survey in response to this situation. I made an online service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and didn’t pay proper attention to the dates offered. I thought the dates were current for the week I was online. So, I showed up for the day of the week of my appointment, not the correct “date”. My service advisor, Jane, told me “She would get me worked in.” Well, she did just that. I was on the road 1.25 hrs later. She and Glynn Smith did their very best to accommodate my mistake. THAT is why I come to them for my service needs. That are the best!

I was treated great by both the salesperson and the financial person. All the staff there greeted me with a smile, and were very courteous. I was very impressed with the entire dealership as a whole. I have two last comments: 1. The salesperson person should have spent more time in showing me the different features on the vehicle. 2. I felt that the trade in value on my vehicle should have been worth more than the $40,000, that was allowed. Yes, I came in to get my first schedule maintenance visit, but they did not perform the service your service department forgot to tell them to service the vehicle. I had an appointment to get a part fixed and schedule appointment to get a service. They only repaired the part and didn’t service the vehicle. The lady in the service department told me she forgot to add service. On the invoice and I drove all the way from Montgomery, Alabama to get my 2025 hummer EV service very disappointed in the communication in customer service.

However, I must ask why you didn’t reach out to a manager to help resolve the issue directly. I’m sure there are times in your work when you make mistakes as well. None is perfect. I understand that you feel our service was inadequate, but I believe it’s important to consider the challenges we face in our work. If you feel we are not the right fit for your vehicle repairs, I completely understand your decision to seek assistance elsewhere. Very good experience, however the length of time to purchase the vehicle was excessive. Also, in a vehicle loaded with technology there was no owners manual provided and the app does not cover important topics like how to use several buttons.

Overall prices that we had agreed on were changed I was told that I was getting a 6/100000 mile warranty thrown in, I got the warranty but looks like it cost me I ask about the first service that was on the sticker Marcus told me that he would check on it I still haven’t heard from him Nothing was explained about the operation of any of the systems on the truck. Glynn Smith can bet on one thing as far as I am concerned, the next vehicle I buy will not be from Glynn Smith

The Glynn Smith family is amazing! We drive 4 hours each way to buy our vehicles from Glynn Smith. Back in the summer I saw a truck I wanted and John Davis with the sales team made it happen, right off the assembly line!! The same with a car a few weeks ago. I called John and he made it happen. The car was ready when we got there. The service department is amazing, we had the first maintenance on the new truck and with a phone call , Keith Clark had us lined when we arrived, in and out in no time.
