I was pleased with the no pressure approach. It took us several visits over a couple of weeks to decide which vehicle to buy and our salesman, Keith was great. He explained the technical details on all the vehicles we look at and test drove and never pressured us to buy. He guided us to the right vehicle and we love it. I want to clarify that we do not handle water leak repairs directly; we refer these cases to a third-party service. We simply facilitate the connection to that third party for the repairs. We recieved a one from the survey simply for shuttling of the vehicle. We have no way to know anything about the repair and generally they do an awesome job. Your ire is misplaced. first, I did not feel welcome, I did not get a warm greeting and it was like no one in the service office wanted to be bothered, I was not told I had to leave my car for the entire day, until I arrived that morning at my appointment time, mind you, I called the service office the day before my appointment, I think I spoke to the service guy at the middle desk, I know it wasn't Ms. Jane, I told him I had added 5 more items to the list of the initial item. I wasn't offered a shared ride or anything. I wasn't prepared to leave the car, so I had to call my husband off his job to take us home. my car was disabled for 5 days, therefore; I had to get a rental vehicle, this was a big inconvenience for me.

The first time we went they didn't go out to check on us and we had to go in and request someone, just for them to seem like they were being forced to help. The second time the associates were just dry and dint answer much. We could have just been there and no one would have approached asking if we needed help. We had higher expectations due to the bar set high at Auburn where they were amazing but can't say the same about the Opelika Chevy.

I didn't have my vehicle service...I was there because of a recall that they say they don't have the part.O had a service back in May. This was supposed to be for the recall part and oil change... But didn't get the recall part....they say Everytime that they are going to call but for almost a year NO CALL.....Now I got an email about another recall.....I don't understand if these are recalled why don't they ever have the parts when I show up....They already know why I'm there.

This is JP Harper Service Director. The recall in question was issued in April. GM does not send large quantities of parts to dealerships; instead, you must order a recall part using a repair order (RO). You mentioned that we haven’t had any recall parts for over a year, but the fact is that you have had a recall since April. GM is not consistent with providing regular parts, and just because a recall is issued does not mean we will receive parts more quickly. Keep in mind that there are other locations where you can have the recall performed, and you would receive the same response. These include Rivertown, SONS, Allen Turner, King, and AutoGallery.

I wanted to clarify that I was the one who sent the information to GM for their review regarding the rim in question. GM concluded that the damage was not covered and noted that the issue appeared to be curb rash. Please be aware that rims must be digitally imaged, and we need to obtain approval for any claims; there is no flexibility in this process. Yes, I came in to get my first schedule maintenance visit, but they did not perform the service your service department forgot to tell them to service the vehicle. I had an appointment to get a part fixed and schedule appointment to get a service. They only repaired the part and didn’t service the vehicle. The lady in the service department told me she forgot to add service. On the invoice and I drove all the way from Montgomery, Alabama to get my 2025 hummer EV service very disappointed in the communication in customer service.

Marcus and mitch stepped and trading us out of it and sold us a 2026 Yukon. basically traded us for same price i bought it for less 1 payment. i was very happy with the deal!
